PROGRAMME:
1ST DAY:
SOFIA CITY - TOWN OF KLISURA – TOWN OF SOPOT
Departure on the itinerary Sofia – Klisura. At the start of the town of Klisura, a stop is made for a picture of the monument of Borimechkata. We are heading to the Historical museum in the town. Visit of Pavurdzhievata kashta. Visit of the old church in the town of Kisura. Departure to the town of Sopot. Visit of house museum „Ivan Vazov“, the monument of Ivan Vazov and a sculptural composition of the brothers of Ivan Vazov – the generals Georgi and Vladimir Vazovi. Visit of the Girl school („Radinoto uchilishte“) and the Girl convent „Vavedenie Bogorodichno“. Upon wish, visit of Ethnographic and craftsmen center „Sopot Esnafa“ – Sopot. Night stay in the town of Sopot.
2ND DAY:
TOWN OF SOPOT – TOWN OF KARLOVO
Departure on the itinerary Sopot – Karlovo. The walk in the town starts from the square „20-th July“. Visit of Art Center Orhideya. Visit of Museum Vasil Levski. Walk in the architectural – historical reserve „The Old town“. Visit of Mazakovata kashta and Buhalovia han. Reaching Vasil Levski square and the monument of Vasil Levski. Departure again to the northern part of the town. Visit of Daskal Botevata kashta (upon request of the Historical museum in the town). Visit of Upon wish – walk to the waterfall „Suchurum“ in the northern part of the town. Night stay in the town of Karlovo/or departure to the town of Kazanlak and night stay there.
3rd DAY:
TOWN OF KAZANLAK
Departure on the itinerary Karlovo – Kazanlak. Visit of the Kazanlak tomb1. Visit of the birth-house – exposition „Acad. Dechko Uzunov“. Time in the Historical museum „Iskra“ in Kazanlak and the Art gallery – Kazanlak. The walk continues through the square Seutopolis and Lavovata cheshma (the Lion faucet). Visit of House „Petko Staynov“. Night Stay.
1. A copy of the tomb is visited since the original is accessible only for visit by specialists with scientific purposes.
4TH DAY:
TOWN OF KAZANLAK – TOWN OF SHIPKA – TOWN OF KAZANLAK
Departure on the itinerary Kazanlak – Shipka. Visit of the Thracian tomb of Seutes III in the hill „Golyama Kosmatka“, a visit of burial - cult complex „Ostrusha“and the hill of „Shushmanets“. Upon wish, visit of some of the unsocialized tombs upon preliminary order. Departure to the town of Shipka. Visit of the temple-monument „Rozhdestvo Hristovo“. Return to the town of Kazanlak. Night stay.
5TH DAY:
TOWN OF KAZANLAK – TOWN OF PAVEL BANYA
Visit of the Museum of Rose. Visit of the Ethnographic complex „Kulata“. Visit of the Birth house – exposition „Prof. Nenko Balkanski“. Visit of temple „Sveti prorok Iliya“. Visit of literature-art museum „Chudomir“. Visit of the temple „Sveta Troitsa“. Departure to the town of Pavel banya. Night stay in the town of Pavel banya.
6TH DAY:
TOWN OF PAVEL BANYA – - VILLAGE OF TURIA - TOWN OF PAVEL BANYA
Departure on itinerary t. Pavel banya – v. Turia. Visit of „The village of Turia – village museum“. Seeing the birth house of Chudomir, reading club „Chudomir“ and temple „Sv. Velikomachenik Dimitar“. Departure for the town of Pavel banya. Walk in the town and seeing „Bryasta“, a monument of Todor Mazarov, a monument of Tsanko Minkov Komitata, a monument –faucet of the Mother. Visit of Temple „Rozhdestvo Bogorodichno“. Night stay.
7TH DAY:
TOWN OF PAVEL BANYA – TOWN OF KALOFER – SOFIA SITY
Departure on the itinerary t. Pavel banya – Sofia city. On the way, a stop in the town of Kalofer. Visit of the National museum „Hristo Botev“ and the monument of Hristo Botev. Afternoon departure to Sofia.
