- All of the above rates are quoted in €, per room, per night for Double occupancy and include Breakfast 7.30-10.30 or Half Board 19.00-21.00 (set menu or buffet according to capacity and restrictions).

-Full Board is HB + the 3^RD menu at the noon between 14.00-15.00 (set menu or buffet according to capacity) and is extra of the HB prices.

- Light All Inclusive is Full Board+free drinks (a specific list of drinks), ice cream, one sweet, tost – club sandwich during the day and is all take away from the Bar and is extra of the HB prices. (See the analysis)

- Government tax is extra according to 4* hotel, per room per day paid on the arrival by the guests.

- Single use discount 10%. Pricelist valid for all markets. The 3rd-4rd adult sleeping at sofa bed.

- Gym is free of charge, Spa (pools, sauna, massage etc) has extra charge. Your guests has 10% Discount

- For reservation 8 days and more, except Period D-E, we have 10% discount of final price list per room!!!

- D Season rates will be applied during Bank Holidays (1-6/1, 1-3/3, 22-25/3, 18-20/4, 7-9/6, 27-30/10, 24-26/12, 30/12/2025-2/1/2026)

Cancellation, Deposit and other policies:

• A signed confirmation or e-mail of the hotel is required in order a reservation to be considered guarantee with a deposit of 30% and full payment 7 days prior arrival.
• In case of cancellation 14 days prior to arrival no fee will be charged.
• In case of cancellation 13-7 days 25% of the cost of the reservation is required as cancellation fees.  
• In case of cancellation within 7 days 50% of the cost of the reservation is required as cancellation fees.  
• In case of non show the total stay cost is required as cancellation fees.

The guest can visit ‘’Le Moon’’ which is just 5 minutes away from our hotel by walking. ‘’Le Moon’’ is Luxury Beach Bar Concept that combines the elements of music, dining, entertainment, fashion, film, and art into one! To use of the sunbeds & umbrellas the guests have to order one drink and some days is also a minimum consumption. The guests can stay also at the café-bar area which just have to order one drink.

‘’Lemon Beach Bar’’ is located in front of the hotel (100 meters). The guests must order and pay one drink per sunbed and then can use the sunbeds and umbrellas.

LIGHT ALL INCLUSIVE ANALYSIS: FULL BOARD + free specific drinks (water, refreshments, juices, draft beer, white-red-rose wine, Greek Ouzo, Greek Tsipouro, one Specific normal Whiskey, one Specific normal Vodka, one Specific normal Gin, one ice cream, one kind sweet, toast. This will be during the day from 10.30 till 22.00  and is all take away from the Hotel Bar area. The guests can take alone a hot coffee-chocolate-espresso from the breakfast coffee machine from 07.30-22.00.
