Holy Friday 14/4: Mass in the Church of Pefkohori: 19:30 Parade of the Bier of the Christ: 21:30 Shuttle bus from Hotel to Church: 20:00, 21:00 Shuttle bus from Church to Hotel: 23:00 Holy Saturday 15/4: Dinner will be served 18:30 – 21:00 from the Buffet with fasting dishes along with the regular daily specialties. Your “Lambada” candles will be placed in your room with our compliments so you may join the tradition of the lighting of the Holy Flame in church. Join the midnight mass in the church of Pefkohori and light your “Lambada” with the Holy Flame. Shuttle bus from Hotel to The Church will be in service from 22:45 until 23:45 Shuttle bus from the church to the Hotel: 00:15 For guests who have booked the “Easter package” will be served after midnight in the Restaurant the “Magiritsa” soup and red dyed Easter Eggs according to a century-long tradition. Easter Sunday 16/4: The Easter celebrations begin at 12:00 by the pool area with Ouzo and “Mezedes” accompanied by live Greek music. All Guests are welcome to join us for a glass of Ouzo and Greek traditional finger food. The preparation for the big lamb feast of the day will take place by the pool where lamb is slowly roasted on the spit. Alia Palace will host the musicians soon afterwards, where the feast continues around 13:00 with our Easter Lunch Buffet**, which will include a large variety of dishes customary to this day. Roasted lamb, salads, appetizers and “Tsoureki” bread and many other delicacies prepared carefully by our kitchen staff will conclude a traditional Greek Easter to be remembered with fond memories.
